-continuation- What is a "rainy day fund"? Is there a difference between an emergency fund and a rainy day fund? The answer is "no". How much should you have in one of those funds? $2000 to $3000 or as much as you can put aside. Are these funds tracked by the indices?no. not on a personal level.
